3 Shot Tracking Drill

Description

Shot 1 - Goalie starts on post, pushes out to the short side for a shot. Shot 2 - Goalie pushes from post to middle of crease. Pushes again to coach for a shot. Shot 3 - Goalie pushes from post to short-side, coach moves puck towards middle for a shot, goalie tracks puck with small shuffles. Focus on: Being Square to puck and not the Player shooting puck. Small shuffles to avoid losing the angle and opening up too much FOLLOW ALL REBOUNDS
