Description

1) [Black Lines] On whistle, 3 forwards swing down in D-Zone and take pass from coach. They go up ice for a 3on0. 1 shot only. 2) [Red Lines] After the shot, the swing back and take another pass from coach, 1 D-man leaves as forwards come back the other way for a 3on1. 1 shot only. 3) [Blue Lines] 3 forwards swing back again, 2 new D-men leave and play the 3on2. Ensure the defender for the 3 on 1 gets back in line.
