Defensive Coverage to Breakout

Description

1) [Black] Players start at blue-line. On whistle, they skate back and come to a full stop to cover puck behind net. 2) [Blue] Next whistle, players skate and come to a full stop to cover puck in corner. 3) [Green] Next whistle, players skate and come to a full stop to cover puck in other corner. 4) Last whistle, they check the coach who has puck in corner and do a quick breakout up the near wall.
