Quick Play Cycle

Description

1) Coach dumps puck into corner. First forward retrieves puck and moves up the wall, second forward follows behind. D-man defends. 2) Forwards keep cycling puck until coach blows whistle. One forward breaks towards net, the other passes them a puck for a quick shot.
