3 Option Cycle

2 Lines of Forwards and one line of D-men. 1) Coach soft dumps the puck into the near corner. 1 player from each forward line goes in for the puck. The forwards then cycle the puck. 2) First option is to cycle the puck again. Second option is to pass puck the the point for a point shot (Player goes to net for screen). Third option is for player to go to net after cycling puck and receive pass for a slot shot. KEY TO DRILL IS COMMUNICATION. FORWARDS HAVE TO TALK TO EACH OTHER TO DETERMINE THE PLAY. Optional: Coach applying light pressure to the cycle
