Speedy Flow

Description

Forwards and Defence line up in opposite corners 1) Forwards from both corners skate around top of circle and pass puck pack to line. They then go to net and receive pass from F line for a quick shot on net. 2) Right after shot is taken, D-man starts to move towards behind the net while facing forwards the whole time. The forward comes under the opposite circle and up the boards for a quick breakout pass from D-man. 3) Forward takes puck up ice to score, D-man gaps up for 1 on 1. Make sure forwards are full speed at all times. 1 on 1 should not slow down for any dekes.
