F1/F2/F3 Pressure

Description

1-2-2 foundations drill. 1) Forward skates puck past cone and dumps into near corner. D-man shadows him and turns to retrieve puck. 2) F1 puts hard pressure on puck. F2 goes to near wall on hash-marks for support. F3 goes to slot. 3) 2 D-men try to get puck out of zone, forwards shift depending on where puck is. If they retrieve puck, they try to score.
