1 on 1 - Drive the Middle

Description

1) On whistle, a player from 1 corner comes around the cone and receives pass from coach for a quick 1 on 1. 2) After 1 on 1, Defence returns back to line and offence becomes D-man. Next whistle, the other line goes. Note: drill is meant to be fast paced, whistles need to happen right after 1 on 1 so that the new player on defence is forced to scramble to defend. 1 on 1 needs to be fast paced and game speed, not slow.
