F1/F2 Pressure

Description

D Line up on defensive side of cone. Forwards line up in neutral zone. 1) On whistle, forward skates puck past cone and dumps into near corner. D-man shadows and turns to retrieve puck. 2) Forward who dumped puck in puts hard pressure on D-man. Second forward provides support for a turnover. 3) Once forwards retrieve puck, they try to score.
