Fast Gap 1 on 1

Description

Pucks at centre ice. Forwards line up just below the blue line. D line up at the sides of centre ice circle. 1) D-man passes to forward at blue line and begins to gap up. 2) Forward quickly takes puck forwards for a 1 on 1. D-man must watch body and angle off the forward.
